Your athlete can wear athletic attire and athletic shoes.

Once you have created your athlete account, make sure to click the box labeled “Subscribe to emails”. Emails will be our main source of communication.

Athletes will participate each Friday from 6-7 PM for 7 consecutive weeks.

All athletes will receive 45-minute routine building instruction and 15 minutes of skills training to work on perfecting and learning new level skills for tumbling, jumping and performance.

Following their final practice from 6-7 PM we will host a family and friends showcase. Athletes will perform the skills/routine they have learned throughout the course and receive their very own participation certificate following the performance.
Each athlete will receive their very own BA bow and BA Team shirt. These items will be worn with hair in a high ponytail and black shorts at their final practice and showcase!
