Gym Rules

1. No Jewelry
2. No Long Fingernails
3. Bloomers must be worn by ALL Females
4. Long hair must be pulled back in a hair elastic
5. No food or drink allowed past the viewing area
6. All payment balances MUST be paid in accordance to your payment plan in order to practice
7. No parents or friends will be allowed in the floor area
8. No cell phones during practice
9. You will not be allowed to practice in anything other than cheerleading shorts and an appropriate top
10. No gum on the mats
